If you recently got a new cell phone and can no longer access Duo mobile, follow the steps below and that should do the trick!

To add your new cell phone download the Duo mobile app from the App Store. If the Duo mobile app has already been downloaded you'll want to delete the CSU account that is displayed. If you have an iPhone you'll wan to click edit in the upper left corner > click the red little minus symbol and this will delete the connection. If you have an android you will need to go into settings in the upper right corner and delete the connection.  Once it’s downloaded you can close the app and go to eid.colostate.edu > from the menu on top select modify your eid to open the drop down menu > select duo self service > login with your eid & password > it will display your list of registered devices and to the very far right you’ll want to click delete > once deleted, select the register device button > give the device a name, I usually tell people to call it cell phone or iPhone or Android basically something so you can identify it > type in your cell number > you can leave extension blank > from the drop down select Duo Mobile app > for platform you’ll want to select the type of your phone you have > select save > its then going to take you to a new page where a fancy bar code is displayed, now on your cell phone open the Duo mobile app and click on the plus symbol > this is going to open your camera and you’ll want to hold up your phone so it can scan the bar code (does this super quick) > it is complete once you see a little CSU logo with a code displayed on your phone > on the website you can click on the return button and you should now see your device registered and it should say true under activation. Let me know if you get stuck along the way and I can give you a call!
